The Business Case for Partnership

Every graduate has completed rigorous training and holds at least one Salesforce certification. You're hiring proven performers, not candidates — reducing your interview and onboarding time.

When you host apprentices, we handle all DOL compliance paperwork, training plans, and competency documentation. You focus on the work — we handle the administration.

Employers who hire registered apprentices may be eligible for significant federal and state tax credits. Our team helps you navigate the documentation and submission process.

LEADERSHIP

Our Founder

Some ideas are born in boardrooms. Some in late-night epiphanies. And some—the ones that truly change lives—are born on a worn bench at the base of the Eiffel Tower. That’s exactly where ZeEster Browning’s story began.More than 4,000 miles from home, ZeEster had traveled to Paris not for leisure, but for survival. Her life back in the States was lucrative—but it was also burning her out. She was overwhelmed, overworked, and utterly “over it.” So she boarded a plane, landed in the City of Light, and sat quietly beneath one of the world’s most iconic structures, hoping to find a little peace. What she found was something much bigger.

ZeEster Browning

Founder & Executive Director

Surrounded by the sounds of tourists, families, and the hum of a city fully alive, ZeEster had a moment of profound clarity: she didn’t just want to do more with her life—she needed to BE more. She realized that her most joyful, most fulfilling moments had always come from helping others live better lives. And in that moment, she made a decision: she was going to find a way to do that full time. She went home. She quit her high-paying IT job. And she started The Becoming Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a beautifully simple mission: to help people live powerful, passionate, and positive lives by recognizing and operating in their God-given purpose. That was 17 years ago. And we’re still here.Every single day, The Becoming Project shows up with training, education, opportunity, exposure, and—above all—love and kindness. We believe that inside every person is a call waiting to be answered. A version of themselves they were created to become. Our work is simply to help them get there. Because here’s what ZeEster learned sitting beneath the iron beams of the Eiffel Tower, croissant in hand, heart wide open: when each of us BECOMES BETTER—we make our entire global community better too.
